We really felt as though we got to know him beforehand, which made the ceremony all the more personal – as if we were being married by a friend! Floralove was a lifesaver and a real ray of sunshine. It was very important to my inlaws that the officiant be a rabbi, cantor, or someone with other significant ties to the Jewish community, but there are not a lot of people matching that description in Ottawa who are willing to officiate at an interfaith ceremony, and after our original arrangements fell through we found Floralove by the recommendation of a family friend. She did an amazing job of some traditional Jewish blessings and helped us through the whole process to create a ceremony that incorporated meaningful traditions from both faiths.
